Employers can run an inclusive process to match diverse applicants who can and want to do their jobs. FlashHired does not use resumes. Instead, job seekers are matched to jobs across many dimensions, and you can manually or automatically invite them to apply to your job based on your requirements. FlashHired matches the abilities and likes of the candidate to each job posting. This provides a broader picture of candidates and removes much of the bias hidden in resumes and job descriptions. The name, age, race, gender, and other features of candidates are hidden. Invited applicants can apply to your job within the app or directly on your existing career website.
